The right people for this job will be reliable, want to work on the road during the week, be physically fit, mechanically abled, and have good inspection ability for finding things wrong or out of place.
Use an oxygen / acetylene (propane) torch, make minor repairs, change out parts, etc.
Travel all over the east coast and more. Earn $14.00 per hour minimally, negotiate for more if you are a skilled MIG/Stick Welder and able to do more mechanical work. A real growth opportunity if you are someone who likes independent work.
Earn an hourly rate, mileage/travel, plus $30.00 per diem per day, hotels are paid for by the company
