Large Industrial building complex needs a Handyman - Maintenance person to help with all aspects of building care. Snow removal and grass cutting along with other outdoor duties. Care of trash and recycling area. Painting as required of all indoor and outdoor buildings. Roof work. Cannot be afraid of heights. Basic wiring, electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills. The property requires constant work to keep it in good working condition a safe environment and always looking professional. Must have all general maintenance knowledge and abilities as well as basic tools. Full time, year round, days. Must be able to do some heavier lifting, carrying, climbing onto roofs, and work outside in varying weather conditions. Come in right away for an interview.
