DISPATCHER

      The
Dispatcher is the Coordinator and Customer Service
      Representative.

      The duties
include taking calls about mechanical break downs, writing
down all necessary information about the service call,
locating a regional Technician and dispatching them to the
site, staying in contact with the customer, their company and
the Technician. It is important to get the Technician to the
site as quickly as possible and keep all details as the
process goes along. Help the Technician know what to expect
and plot the quickest route for the Tech's travels to the
site, spotting traffic and weather issues and re-routing if
necessary. As the liaison between the customer, the client
and the Technician; the Dispatcher may also have to locate
parts or equipment nearby and well as write up all reports,
invoice the client and take payment from the client.

The company is open 24/7 year round (closed Christmas and
Thanksgiving only) and as such all employees must be willing
to work varying shifts. Every effort is made to have
Dispatchers work a steady schedule, but it just isn't always
      possible. Available shifts include - 7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm,
      3pm to 12am, 5pm to 2am, and 12am to 9am. Every employee must
work one weekend shift each weekend. This is mandatory.

      The
starting pay rate for a new Dispatcher is $12.00 per hour.
Employees with some related experience may be offered more
money. All new hires will need to undergo initial
      training.
