MACHINE OPERATORS to run roller machines for a SPECIALTY ROLL PRINTING, BOARD PRINTING, EMBOSSING, AND SECURITY PRINTING Company. Full training provided. You must have a decent work history and be able to lift. The starting pay for this job is $15.22/hour. After the completion of a 3 month probationary period, you jump to $19.13 per hour. Immediate hire. This company has very little turnover. Most employees are there an average of 25 years. Help staff this expansion.
INDUSTRIAL MACHINE OPERATOR
This is a swing shift job. This job requires heavy lifting (50#) and standing on concrete and bending and stretches for long periods of time. It is a physically demanding job. Employees must work overtime as requested. Every employee is required to attend and actively participate in all company safety and improvement meetings. Every Machine Operator starts as a Helper. Helper must help Ink Mixer, Bathmaker and other Machine Operators. Each worker MUST show a willingness and desire to learn all machines and every aspect of the Production process in order to be kept working. Once the Helper position is mastered, worker is able to move into the Batch Maker job, and eventually become the Operator. Run the Machine and clean and maintain the pans, cans, rollers, doctor blades, ovens, straight pass and lines.
