Customer Service Professional
$18 to $22 per hour to start. Full time and permanent with great benefits.(Health Care, 401K, Profit Sharing, Disability, Life Insurance, Holidays and Vacations)
Manage customer order processing. Keep on top of order status (production and shipping) and client happiness (follow up).
Solve problems. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of CRM systems. Use of Hindsight, Oracle, and SalesForce a plus.
